Picked up my order quickly, so that part was fine, but the food itself was disappointing ngl. The burger was cold, the fries were soggy, and they forgot the sauce. not really worth it imo.

The burger was actually good, but the wait today felt way too long. I was already feeling mentally drained, so standing around that long kind of made the whole experience less enjoyable.

I’ve given Burger 21 a few chances because I wanted to like it, but it’s been really inconsistent. One visit the burger is decent, the next it’s dry, the fries are cold, or something is missing from the order. The staff can be friendly one day and totally checked out the next. After a while, it just wears down your trust because you never really know what kind of experience you’re going to get.

I asked for my burger to be cooked a certain way, and it came out way too undercooked in the middle. I really don’t have the patience to send food back and wait all over again, so it was frustrating.

Ordered from burger21 it was good. The food showed up still warm, which I was happy about, and the burger was a good temp. Not piping hot or anything, but warm enough and still enjoyable.
The fries could’ve been a little fresher, like more fresh out of the fryer, but they weren’t cold either. They still tasted good, just not as hot as I’d hoped. Overall I’d order again, solid 4 stars.

This place is super close to my office, which makes my lunch breaks feel a lot easier. It’s nice having a reliable spot nearby where I can step away for a bit, grab something to eat, and reset before getting back to the day

The food itself was fine, nothing to complain about there, but the pickup time was way off. I showed up expecting it to be ready and ended up waiting around like I was in some dramatic food-ordering crisis. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not as smooth as I hoped

I stopped by Burger21 last weekend after running errands and realizing I was way too hungry to cook. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, but when my burger came out, it was actually a really decent size, the fries were hot and fresh, and I had that nice moment of thinking, okay, this was worth it.

The prices aren’t what I’d call super cheap, but they felt fair for what I got. I’ve definitely paid more at other burger places and walked away less impressed. Ordering through the site was simple too, so I’d probably go back next time I’m craving a good burger without feeling like I spent too much

I mentioned my allergy and they were really careful about it, which I appreciated. Based on this visit, it seems like they’re attentive when it comes to special requests and food safety.

I stopped in for lunch and, reading between the lines, I was expecting it to take a while because the line looked a little busy. But it actually moved fast, and my food came out hot without much of a wait. There was a small pause at the counter, but nothing worth complaining about. Overall, quick and easy...

Got my order and it wasn’t right. Wrong burger. Fries were missing too. Again. Frustrating.

I stopped in with a friend for a quick burger, and it kind of reminded me of the places we used to grab lunch at after class, nothing fancy, just comfortable and easy. The place felt clean and laid-back, and I liked that it wasn’t too loud. The staff were clearly busy, but they still came across as friendly. The seats were comfortable too, though it did start to get crowded around lunchtime. Overall, it was a nice spot with a good atmosphere.

The burger tasted good, no complaints there. I was eating it thinking, okay, this is solid. But then I finished and kind of had that moment of, wait, that’s it? For the price, the portion felt a little small, and I left still a bit hungry. I’d maybe go back, but I’d probably need to order something extra next time...

The staff were really nice and easy to talk to, which made the visit feel comfortable. My order did take a little longer than I expected, but they checked in on me and were friendly about it. I’m usually mindful of what I’m spending, and for the price, I’d say it was still a good visit overall...

I tried Burger 21, i was disappointed. I was hoping for a solid burger, but it just wasn’t good. Like, it really just wasn’t good.
The patty was dry, the flavor was barely there, and the whole thing tasted like it had been sitting for a while. The bun didn’t help either — it was soft in that soggy, sad kind of way. Dry patty, bland taste, soggy bun… just not a great combo.
For the price, I expected way better. It was bland, it felt old, and it just didn’t hit at all. I don’t think I’d go back, especially when there are other places that make a burger that actually tastes fresh.

The place was really clean inside, i trusted my gut right away. It just felt comfortable eating there.

Well... I went to Burger21 the fries kind of stole the show. They were hot, crispy, and seasoned just right without being too salty. I ended up eating all of them before I even finished my burger lol. I’d definitely go back just for the fries

I gave Burger 21 a try because my friends are always into their burgers, but since I’m vegetarian, I was mostly checking out the meat-free stuff. The veggie burger was okay, like not bad at all, just a little plain for me.

They do have a few options, and the fries were good. I just kinda wish there were more toppings or a bit more variety. It’s fine for a quick bite, but yeah, probably not my first choice.

Wow. There were so many burger options to pick from, and somehow everyone in our group found something they liked. Nice. Definitely a solid spot when people can’t agree on what to order.
